How much is delivery at The Body Shop?
You can get free delivery by selecting click and collect in store. Super Saver delivery and Royal Mail collection point - standard - is the next cheapest at £2.49. Both take between three and five working days.
Standard delivery is £2.99 and will take between two to three working days. For speedier services, pay £3.99 for either the express home delivery or Royal Mail collection service for next-day collection.
Saturday delivery is also available for £7.25 and will need to be ordered by 2pm on Thursday.
How speedy is the Click and Collect service?
It’s one of the best! When you’re ordering online and select your delivery for Collect in Store it will be there within two hours! If the store is about to close, you can pick it up the following morning two hours after opening. That’s the kind of service we like.
Can I track my The Body Shop order and how do I do this?
Yes! You can track your The Body Shop order, for delivery information. Follow the tracking reference link which you’ll find in your order confirmation email. This will take you to the courier’s website and offer live delivery progress, so you can see where it is.
