Carbon Monoxide alarm request

Thanks to our partners at SGN, if you live within their Southern Network region and are recently bereaved, we’re able to provide you with a free Carbon Monoxide alarm to help you stay safe at home.

We can issue one alarm per eligible household. The list of eligible counties and London boroughs is below. 

Eligible counties: Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and parts of Berkshire and Oxfordshire

Eligible London boroughs: Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Kingston, Lewisham, Lambeth, Merton, Richmond, Southwark, Sutton, Wandsworth 

To request your alarm, please fill in and submit the form below. It can take up to two weeks for your alarm to arrive once your request has been submitted.

Because these alarms have been funded by the energy regulator Ofgem, we are required to ask a few short questions about your understanding of carbon monoxide safety before we can provide your alarm. Please note that your responses, including partial postcode data, will be shared with Ofgem for reporting purposes to help us understand and improve carbon monoxide safety awareness.
