Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales only) aged 16 or over.

2. No purchase required.

3. Internet access and a valid mobile number are required.

4. Promotion Period:Claim between 00:00 BST on 01/04/25 and 23:59 BST on 31/05/25 inclusive, or until all available vouchers have been redeemed. Maximum 1,000 vouchers are available to be claimed per day until the 31/05/25. There are 30,000 vouchers to be claimed over the entire Promotion Period.

5. All vouchers must be redeemed within 48 hours of receiving the voucher or before 23:59 BST on 02/05/25, whichever is sooner. Vouchers are only valid for a period of 48 hours from the point of receipt, which cannot be extended under any circumstance. Following this, the unredeemed voucher may be returned to the voucher pool, at the Promoter’s discretion, to be claimed by another participant during the Promotion Period.

6. Maximum 1 claim is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may receive more than 1 voucher.

VOUCHER REQUEST

7. To Claim: From the start of the Promotion Period until 23:59 BST on 31/05/25, the first 1,000 participants per day to scan the QR code on PayPoint One digital screens or PayPoint printed QR code and visit the claim page and submit their mobile phone number, will then receive a text message containing a £1 off voucher. Throughout the entire Promotion Period, the first 30,000 participants to visit the claim page and submit their mobile phone number, will receive a text message containing a voucher.

8. This Promotion is run on a first come, first serve basis and will cease as soon as 30,000 voucher redemptions have been made or when the Promotion Period ends, whichever is earlier.

9. There will be no charge for SMS texts delivered to consumers as a result of voucher requests.

10. If more than one request is received from the same phone number, or from a different phone number by the same person, those requests will become void. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means, or any other automated means, those requests will also become void.

11. The Promoter will disqualify any bulk claims made from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

VOUCHER REDEMPTION

12. The Vouchers:Each valid claimant will receive 1 x unique barcoded voucher for £1 off a 500ml, 2L bottle or 330ml can of Coca-Cola Original Taste Lemon, Lime, Cherry or Vanilla or Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Lemon, Lime, Cherry or Vanilla (each a “Product”) to be redeemed at a Participating Store (see clause 13).

13. Participating Stores:The voucher can be redeemed at any selected store with PayPoint transaction processing capabilities, stocking the Product. The voucher is not redeemable online. 14. Further Voucher Details and Conditions:

a. This offer is subject to availability. If the Participating Store has no Product available, then the voucher cannot be used in payment or part payment of another product. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or purchase of any product other than the Product and has no monetary value.

b. The voucher may only be used once only in a single retail transaction.

c. The voucher is strictly for your use and is not transferable under any circumstances.

d. You must be present in a Participating Store at the time your voucher is processed. You must not ask retailers to process your voucher by giving them the details using telephone, email or any other method.

e. For help within a store, please return to the voucher page and select the appropriate logo of the payment network used by that Participating Store (i.e., PayPoint).

15. Any Claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period will be void and invalid.

16. Voucher Acceptance: Fulfilment of a voucher will take place immediately, barring network provider issues. In the unlikely event that a voucher does not arrive, the claimant must email cocacolavoucher@paypoint.com . If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the voucher or limit its value at its sole discretion.

17. If a voucher is not redeemed within 48 hours of receiving and therefore has expired, the Promoter reserves the right to return the voucher to the Promotion voucher pool to be claimed by another participant.

18. The Promoter may request that the claimants participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the claimant’s discretion and is not a condition of voucher claiming.

GENERAL

19. The Promoter's decision is final in all promotional matters.

20. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.

21. For the purposes of this promotion the Promoter will not have access to a participant’s personal data. In the event, a participant’s personal data is shared with the Promoter the data will only be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose. By submitting any information required, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. 23. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you participate in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your Claim (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any voucher awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of claimants through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Claim or a voucher may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify Claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify Claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk Claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify Claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify claimants who tamper with the Claim process.

g. Disqualify claimants which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

24. The vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the vouchers are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that voucher for another of equal or greater value.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

25. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties, assume any responsibility or liability for:

a. Any faulty, failed or wrong electronic data transmissions.

b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.

c. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.

d. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the mobile operator’s network or any combination thereof.

26. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the claim page.

27. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14621) or accepting or using the Voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

28. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

29. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

30. By participating, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

31. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

32. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
