What is the Gallinée Community?

The Gallinée Community is the place to be if you want to learn about our Microbiome World! Discover all the insights about our brand and share all things skincare, body care, haircare and gut with an engaging community. This place is also the occasion for you to access exclusive expert content, events and share experiences with our amazing team & founder. So stay engaged with the community and complete missions to be able to gain points, reach the next status and receive exclusive rewards.

How do you get started on the Gallinée Community?

With this community, you can get to know other skincare enthusiasts, and for that we encourage you to like, comment, and share your thoughts and advice with other community members!

 

Our Gallinée experts are on the community and they are here to share their expert advice, but we still would love to hear your thoughts.

 

This community is designed much like a social media platform, it is based around community members posting pictures and interacting in the different channels on the platform. You can get to know other members, share your content and advice in the different discussion groups, on top of that, you can like and comment on other members’ posts. How exciting!

Finding your way around the Gallinée Community?

We have a few key places on the community that you’ll want to know about to get the most out of your experience. In the side menu you will see 3 sections.

INSPIRATION

This is where you can share your own content and connect with other community members. See below some of our key channels:

- The Gallery: This where you can interact but also see your favourite topics with tags.

- Your Gallinée Routines: Share your ongoing routine and favourite Gallinée products with the other members.

- The Studio: Let your creativity shine! Here you will be able to share your quality skincare videos ( GRWM, Product texture, Product application…etc)

 

 

ACTIVITIES

These are the different actions you can complete on the community. Here you can complete missions, sample products, sign up for exclusive events and take our surveys.

 

Please read our Community Guidelines for more information about the Community Gallery. Any unauthentic, stolen, or unoriginal content will be deleted–that includes screenshots of any kind, GIFs, etc.

This is the space where we really focus on you, your skin, your thoughts and suggestions. The key channels to know about are:

  • Chatroom

Understanding your profile

You can access your profile by clicking on your nickname or profile picture – or by clicking on the “me” icon on mobile. There, you can see your personal information, your missions, your progress and your activities. You can also edit your profile information, including your public details (visible to everyone on the community) and your private details (visible only to admins).

 

On your profile, you’ll find information such as your number of points, your status, your followers and who you follow, the missions left to accomplish, your ranking on the community and your posts.

How do I reach the next status?

We have multiple statuses in the community for you to progress through. You can find out more about these below.

  1. Go to your profile at the top left of the side menu
  2. Go to the ‘Progress’ tab
  3. View the missions shown that you have left to complete to level up

Each status has specific missions attached to it so you need to complete these missions to level up. To find out how to level up you need to:

  1. Go to your profile at the top left of the side menu
  2. Scroll down to where it says ‘Next Status’
  3. View the missions shown that you have left to complete

Completing missions and earning points

In order to reach the next status you need to complete missions and earn points. Points are ‘mini molecules’ in this community to embody the basis of the Gallinée brand.


You can access your missions through ‘My Missions’ in the side menu. Some of these missions need to be validated by an admin as we require you to submit proof before we add the points to your account. This can take around 3 days and we do not validate over the weekend. Please wait until 3 days have passed before contacting an admin for help.

Testing and Reviewing Products & Samples

Each month on the Gallinée Community we offer community members a chance to try out some of our favourite full-size products or samples. You can access both channels in the side menu under ‘Activities’.

 

We hand select community members for the full-size product testing. This is done based on the answers to your Private Profile. We choose members so that we can make sure that the products are relevant to your skin type and skin concerns to ensure that you have the best possible experience with our products and achieve your desired results with skincare.

 

Keep in mind that applications are limited in time; once they are closed, you won’t be able to submit your profile, and be selected for the campaign.

 

Once applications are closed, we’ll review the members profiles and select a limited number of testers. If you are selected, you’ll receive both an email and a notification in the community to inform you.

 

Make sure to accept the test to be part of the official testing list; otherwise, we’ll have to give your spot to another member. Products can take up to a week to be shipped and arrive. Please reach out to an admin if your product hasn’t arrived after 10 days.

 

After testing your sample, we expect you to leave us an honest review on our website.

 

Once the review is done, come back on the community and upload a screenshot of your review on the campaign page. Upon admin validation you’ll earn 100 points and increase your chances of being selected for Test & Review in the future.

 

To increase your chances of being selected, we highly encourage you to be active in the community, to share qualitative content regularly, and to complete missions.

The Gallery

We’ve created The Gallery to showcase the best of your content. We have certain criteria which we’re looking for in the Gallery. We love to see your original content, so please don’t post anything that isn’t original or that you haven’t taken. This includes screenshots of images or the website etc.

Where to go for help?

We know sometimes that things can go wrong or not quite to plan and when this happens you’ll want to ask us for advice on how to resolve this issue. This is when you can message our admins for help.
