PIZZA THE ACTION

Frankie & Benny’s is giving out ‘free’ pepperoni pizzas worth £10 this Friday – here’s how to get one

FOODIES can get a "free" 10inch pepperoni pizza worth £9.99 at Frankie & Benny's this Friday.

The catch? You'll need to buy a pint of Coke or Budweiser to be able to get it.

The price of the drinks can vary depending on the location and their size, but a pint of Coke costs an average of £3.49 while a Budweiser would set you back a pricier £4.59, the chain told The Sun.

To get the free pizza you also need to first sign up to Frankie & Benny's mailing list, which you can do online.

Once you've done it, a QR code will appear in your "wallet" of offers which you'll need to show restaurant staff when you claim your free treat.

The offer, which is rolled out to celebrate National Pepperoni Day on September 20, is available from 12pm on Friday only as long as stocks last.

The Italian-American chain's branches are generally open until 11pm on Fridays.

Sadly, the voucher can only be used by one person and excludes takeaways, so you'll need to enjoy your meal in the restaurant.

There's no limit on how many can be redeemed at the same table, but you won't be able to use it with any other offers.

The free pizzas are up for grabs at all of Frankie & Benny's 238 branches, except for those located in airports.

You can find your nearest one by using its restaurant locator tool.

In May, Frankie & Benny added 26 new dishes to its menu but it also axed 28 of its existing ones.

The Italian-American style diner also serves breakfast - but what's on the menu?
