Tesco have partnered with the British Heart Foundation and are now giving out FREE blood pressure checks at many of their in-store pharmacies!
To book yours, just click "GET FREEBIE" and search for your nearest participating venue. Once you select a store, you'll be able to book a slot for your 10-minute check, where the pharmacist will need access to your upper arms to take blood pressure readings and will provide advice on any next steps. Please note that those over the age of 40 in England may be offered an NHS Blood Pressure Check.
