Visit one of the participating stores that stock Tempur (click 'participating stores' to find the closest one to you) and test one of their comfy mattresses. After your test you'll receive an online questionnaire where you can describe your in-store experience. Once you've completed the questionnaire, you'll get a confirmation to print off.
